The rooms were comfortable. there were broken bikes which would have been great. It's plain on the outside, but beautifully designed and appointed inside, with huge windows and easy access to the large deck, which make for great indoor/outdoor living. You managed Guy Grover's   Historic Sellmers Barn home, where we lived ( 2 months - Dec 2012- Jan 2013) . Finaly, the owners' willingness to accept pets is a huge plus, since few other rentals permit pets. The master room is right off the deck overlooking the water with a king bed and a full bathroom. Serving all of West Marin, we are conveniently located in downtown Stinson Beach. they know stinson and bolinas like the back of their hands and genuinely want to share the area with visitors, and it shows.my family has been renting vacation houses from locally owned and owner-operated oceanic realty for over 10 years, and we have marveled many times at their ability to not just find us a great house, but the RIGHT house for a given situation (sometimes it is just us, sometimes a bigger group, we come at different times of year, etc). The rugs in the kitchen were dirty, the glass on the outside tables hadn't been cleaned, we had to wait 1/2 hour before we could get in and there were three paddle boards, but only 1 paddle. Great kitchen and deck. We had a fabulous time at 189 Seadrift. We use the kayak, bikes and hot tub and had a marvelous time. The mattress on the pullout couch was terrible and we were given a blow up one that was very mouldy. We did not have firewood.

In addition to our already high cleaning standards, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of the property between stays. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Loved opening the wall of doors to the open air.

All Rentals include a $40 booking fee. loved the hottub, kayaks and paddle boards. The contract terms were standard and it took about 3 weeks to get the security deposit back, which I think is reasonable.
