Good service, I had a problem with an order, they sorted it, apologised, and did not charge me for re-sending it. They then offered to send out an additional 1500 cards at no extra charge!! 1 of the masks that I ordered is clearly made by a difrent company and is nowhere near up to standard even with the filter in it I can breath out and feel the breath on my hand 20 cm away. The filters cannot be replaced and the masks are not returnable. My understanding is that the masks were produced in Mexico until recently, and now are made in China. Useful. I like the payment plan from Vistaprint because a small monthly fee for the website is deducted from my credit card account. They did issue a refund after a few redos, recommended I look for a local place to print them, and said they would look into it with their quality department.
