In Gardens by the Bay, the theme of the garden setting has been well-extended into the public restroom facilities. Before the Gardens opened, BCA and The Gardens jointly conducted a user trial to engage its visitors, including persons with disabilities, to solicit valuable feedback on their Universal Design features.5.
