As for the late check out, we love our guest to stay much longer to enjoy our room and our facilities, however it's based on availability and we are unable to accommodate your request during this stay. However, I was very tempted to give this review a 3 stars because Pool & Pool service was terrible. Take advantage of the state-of-the-art meeting facilities, all of which are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi internet, plus full audiovisual services.Creative in approach and innovative in design, W Singapore – Sentosa Cove presents 19,558 square feet of event space, including eight naturally lit meeting venues.Situated on the second floor, our naturally lit meeting venues overlook lush resort grounds with views of the sparkling South China Sea. It's a happening. I really urge the hotel to train the staff to take the initiative to do some cleaning even if it wasn't their job.
