I was under the impression that you needed a band to enter the pool. Over half the people weren't wearing masks. I've stayed in Anaheim many times, mainly to visit Disneyland... but this time we are here for work. The negligence of the hotel management and security has led to injuries to guests and this is not okay.Multiple people on multiple occasions NOT practicing social distancing or wearing a face covering! Upon checking we were issued wrist bands for the pool. Cambria is a beautiful and modern brand new hotel just a couple of blocks from Disneyland in Anaheim, California. The triple bunk, king size bed and pull out bed was the perfect fit for my family.

I didn't even take one photo here because it was embarrassing.We stayed at this hotel July 12 for my daughter's birthday and it was a nightmare there was absolutely no social distancing being practice the capacity in the pool was 24 but they were over 60 to 100 people in the pool the lobby was just filled with people when we spoke to management regarding this we were told that we would get a refund that they themselves were afraid to speak to the people and tell them to come out of the pools because they have been yelled at several times throughout the day there was pot smoking party going on till all hours of the night the guest that we're staying there or not respecting the rules it was the worst day ever. Charming, graceful, energetic, kind and approachable describes EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE of this hotel! My kids wanted to see "monsters inc" playing at the pool: we tried but there was no space to sit as well as there were SO many people still in the pool, people sitting shoulder to shoulder in the jacuzzi AND smoking marijuana! The free breakfast consisted of sugar cereal, a muffin, and yogurt. Once my family headed downstairs to the pool there was no one staffed at the gate.
Literally anyone could enter the pool area. I'm not sure if we were there during a family reunion of some sort but the pool was packed with people that all seemed together. Throughout our stay, they remembered our names and even made an effort to say hello and check on us. The hotel itself has so much potential. Surely I wasn't the only one because they didn't even bat an eyelash about it or apologize.

We immediately went to the front desk to complain about not feeling comfortable with the crowds and they said no problem, we can cancel the rest of your reservation. All in all, we won't ever be back to this hotel.So I would like to reinstate my review and update first off would like to recognize Suppanut Bujanonda the Managemnt team at this facility he went far beyond to make things right for me and my family I am looking forward to my future stay with my new reservation hopefully this time around I will have good feedback to update this review.Worst hotel ever.
