Say stop to never-ending, useless fad diets.
By making them elastic.
I've spent many years reading, researching, and trying different diet and fitness strategies, too, and seen quite a few of the studies. I'll be patient for my results :) Thank you Stephen Guise!
I was fascinated to find that the body reacts to dieting just as the brain reacts to extreme behavior change—it tries to stop it.

Of course, it’s not just for fun: Mini Habits is a life-changing book.
What is different between these naturally thin women and those that can only struggle to thinness through obsessive diet-like behaviors? Mini Habits for Weight Loss: Stop Dieting. Overall
I like the idea of "Mini Habits"; and I enjoyed the author's first book and, overall, I enjoyed this book.
A monthly selection of Audible Originals. I encourage people to do their own research on dairy.
What about Daniel Penz’s performance did you like?
Performance
Yes, the book can be repetitive but it drives the point home and demonstrates how tiny, incremental changes can lead to good habits which will improve your weight, health and life.
It doesn't matter where you are today. Imperfectionism frees us to live outside the lines, where possibilities are infinite, mistakes are allowed, and self-judgment is minimal.
Penz's performance was an exercise on how an audio book ought to be handled.
PS.
In addition to his five basic steps - a set of lifelong habits that will improve your health and control your insulin levels - Dr. Fung explains how to use intermittent fasting to break the cycle of insulin resistance and reach a healthy weight - for good.
Would recommend to people who are sick and tired of diets.
Although I didn't love this book - I do have to admit - it did take an alternative and initially interesting point of view.
This book is a must read for anyone who has been unsuccessful losing weight in the past or just wants to learn how to use habits to drive success.
Change Your Lifestyle Without Suffering.
I was impressed by all the research that went into this book - the majority of the nutrition information aligns with what I've read in my own research.
Performance
