To be honest, Ramen Alley wasn’t our first choice of venue to have Sapporo’s signature miso ramen. It was the only time we ate ramen in Sapporo so I have nothing else to compare it to. We admired the passion of the chefs, it is way beyond just eking out a living. Best nearby. Singaporeans tend to prefer stronger flavours.The gyoza shared made a wonderful complement to our ramens.
