I am looking forward to the next time we get to play.My wife and I love coming to Bingo at Backswing. The owner is knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Music Bingo is a 21+ event. Seating starts at 6:00 and Bingo is played from 7:30 – 9:30. A quiet relaxing place to have a glass of wine or home town beer. Based on that initial encounter, we hired Elliott for my 50We’d been going to Music Bingo at Backswing Brewery and had such a great time we had to share the fun with our local Beatrice friends!Elliott tailored a show for our running club with a mixture of 50’s -80’s rock and everyone absolutely loved it! It's obviously a place with a loyal, local following - young parents with babies, families with elementary/middle schools kids, and lots of school moms with husbands in tow.Went there Wednesday night for a glass of wine with family. during the week, but kicks it up with regular live music and other events. Both the wine and beer selections are fantastic. The group art sessions look like a lot of fun. Twisted Vine has a flexible event space that is perfect for small events!

Both the wine and beer selections are fantastic. They have a variety of beers on tap, good crisp wines, and an awesome interior for hanging with friends. We haven't tried them out yet but they always seem full every time we stop by for a glass of wine and everyone walks away having a great time.We stopped their tonight what a wonderful surprise! If family or friends were visiting from out of town and I wanted to introduce them to "Nebraska" then this is one of the first places I'd take them.Best place in Palillion.

We also feature an extensive boutique wine list, with over thirty wines by the glass. Just moved here- have been 5+ times already and fell in love. They carried good wines in a reasonable price range (about $20 avg) without the pretention associated with some wine places. We came on a lovely June evening and sat on the back patio. We love Twisted Vine.

They have an area set aside just to do artistic activities, such as painting, or play music (like when I was invited there by a friend), sip wine (or beer like me) and just let the spirits of Muse take you where you let her.Our new favorite spot. We have been getting bad gas from eating here.

Very comfortable and spacious. Amazing patio with several fire pits. This is the perfect place to grab a glass of wine in the afternoon or you can catch live music in the evening. I'd encourage everyone to check it out.This place is my jam.

My family and I stopped in during that window to grab a glass of wine until the reception started.

We also offer local spirits. We chatted with very friendly patrons and just enjoyed good drinks and a relaxed atmosphere.
