No one can imagine the amount of stress that we were under after our landlord essentially gave us no notice that he was selling his home. We found filth, as in dirty, used and greasy pans in the oven, light fixtures that were burned out and completely unusable, dirt and hair in drawers, towels that smelled musty ... we could go on and on. After renting spectacular condos in Coronado Shores, we made the huge mistake of trusting these people ... by the way, the whole "We built them, we lease them, we sell them" line is a lie. We are so happy that we managed to locate a beautiful condo at the Shores for next year and it is extremely clean and well stocked to boot!! CORONADO BEACH HOUSE with white water ocean views to waterfront living!Beautifully designed throughout. We were told by the owner of the company that she had done the inspection of this unit and that we were apparently too difficult and our expectations were too high. The Roeder Pavilion located adjacent to La Sierra Tower is an event venue that is available for “exclusive use rentals” Friday thru Sunday. Also ... when we first arrived, there were no supplies ... as in no paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, condiments, laundry soap, dish soap ... the list goes on and on. 98 results.
