We were unprepared for the the incline and it took us about 3 hrs longer than most (9 hrs). Rock scrambles were no joke!! Reach Bealach Dearg above the head of the 'Lost Valley' and, since this is where you'll return to, this might be a good place to drop-off rucksacks. Gorgeous hike but definitely more for an experienced hiker.
