The lobby is very ornate and beautiful--the decor is original to the hotel which I thought was amazing considering the hotel is approaching 100 years old. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. We were truly amazed by the impeccable service there. Hotel was busy but the lounge was always quiet and well stocked. The location is super convenient and the service is super comfortable, just across the street from old Bond street. We were there for an event at the YUM Center, it was a little further than other hotels but the experience was worth the little further walk. Staff was helpful and proactive with the needs of someone who had to leave very quickly.
