As I facilitate the Gallup StrengthsFinder Leadership workshops across Singapore and Asia, I often get asked many questions regarding the StrengthsFinder tool (rebranded recently by Gallup as CliftonStrengths). According to Gallup, a talent is a natural way of thinking, feeling or behaving. Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment can help you identify the strengths of the people working in your teams.
