Also gutes Stethoskop fpr einen guten Preis, aber lieber ohne Uhr. In fact there is no perceptible difference in quality to the Littman. I prefer this to my old Littmann. I love the clock and use it all of the time and I have quit wearing a watch. I love the sound amplifier which is great for me because I can barely hear anyways! I would buy this one again as it is just as good as my expensive one and maybe even a little better.
