On the first floor (which is high above the ground), the balcony is inches away from the trees, so parts of the terrace feel cozily tucked away in the forest (many guests have commented on how much they love this feeling), but on the other side of the terrace, you can see full views of the Nicoya Peninsula. As you say the second story has a view of the Peninsula on all sides of the terrace, but it does not have the feeling of immersion in the forest. We enjoyed cocktails and one breakfast at the hotel bar restaurant on the balcony with beautiful views. Le service et médiocre, la nourriture au restaurant est bonne, mais trop cher pour ce que c’est et certaine chose tel que le bol de riz aussi petit qu’une cuillère vaut $3US. Conveniently located restaurants include San Lucas Treetop Dining Experience, Restaurante Celajes at Hotel Belmar, and Cafe Cabure.Yes, dry cleaning and laundry service are offered to guests. L'hotel dispose d'un spa, leurs massages sont très bien. We were disappointed the farm was 25 minutes away and you had to book an excursions to go there. Our room had its own private indoor jacuzzi that overlooked the forest. We hope to have you visit again and will do our best to provide the best experience for you.
Im not sure what information you base yourself on to assume we have no night guards. The restaurant had delicious fresh food and the cocktails were amazing. Our Nicoya Suites are in a three story building up above the main building in the highest part of the property.
