PALS teamI booked an appointment online for 10 Hammersmith Broadway clinic however I found the information on the site very unclear and miss leading so I tried to call the clinic to ensure they can carry out the procedure I was after. I called another time and finally got through to the line and held in a queue, the whole 40 mins I was on hold it said I was 1st in the queue and my call would be answered in 1 minute. I specifically chose Chelsea and Westminster Hospital because the care was rated as good and it had one of the shortest waiting times (at 11 weeks) of most of the hospitals north of the Thames.
