They had a cleaning protocol for you since the first moment you arrived, they cleaned my bags, took my temperature and then they gave us a cleaning kit with face maks and alcohol for us to used during the stay, In the Sentido Norte restaurant, they took us temperature during the breakfast time. We can only imagine the challenges these very special people have to make during a difficult time for tourism but we are certainly very appreciative and hope to stay again very soon!This is trully the paradise, I visited the hotel with my husband during the Covid-19 pandemic and it was just what we needed. From their special dinners that encourage a social atmosphere (Asado night was a treat), to mountain biking and daily workout classes, it is easy to pass the time on site, let alone explore the range of nearby beaches and chill in the privacy of your own villas.
