In the dept I worked, there was high turnover (which HR lied about during interviews) in senior and attoney positions due to the work environment: obsessive micromanagement, talking down to employees, and dismissal of most ideas not thought of by mgmt, plus screaming at employees by associate general counsel.Toxic work environment in the Legal Department not being addressed by HR.Pay is horrible, upper management has no idea what really happens on a daily bases and does not care, Promotions are given only to upper management and to people who are undeserving.This is a really special place to work.
