As a die hard Uncharted fan, I can truly say this was incredibly accurate to the characters, and the style of the uncharted games while being in a movie format. Superman battles against an insurmountable foe named Doomsday. Being a treasure hunter doesn’t appear to ball it’s cracked up to be. It doesn't go to any cool locations, but you can only do so much with a short film.
RATING ★★★★★
It's the best video game movie and it's only ten minutes long. It's sad how a low budget fan film has better casting than the upcoming, big budget, Hollywood version. When I heard the Uncharted movie started filming, I had to come back to this gem on YouTube. In order to restore their dying safe haven, the son of Poseidon and his friends embark on a quest to the Sea of Monsters, to find the mythical Golden Fleece, all the while trying to stop an ancient evil from rising.
Not so much. An updated animated series centering on the Caped Crusader himself as he partners and deals with his fellow superheroes in the DC Comics universe. An ordinary cop tutors a young boy who insists on helping him in his cases with his mastery of martial arts. The actress playing Elena? i hate that nathan fillion looks more like nathan drake and don’t understand why they would cast tom holland as “young nate” since it wouldn’t be as interesting. Fillion and Lang are perfectly cast.
It's not particularly well directed but the writing and acting just show such a love for the original games that it's hard not to have a great time. Not so much. The wit is right on point. And I love the brief moment when the film shifts over Nathan's shoulder for a shooting sequence just like in the game.

If I'm missing any please comment…All kinds of film from all eras, all under 60 minutes of runtimeA hodgepodge of various fan films I found on letterboxd and the web. This Uncharted fan film is the best videogame movie adaption. Tom 2 weeks ago. Kind of a tease when he was fixing to jump out the window, I thought he’d climb.Barely slept last night, been up for a little while just messing around with ratings on Letterboxd, so I wanted to start the day off with something short and light. If it wasn't for him I'd not have finished watching this despite being only 15 minutes. This is not a definite list of…Every film, short and special that I saw (released) in 2018 ranked. Anyway, this is fun. If it wasn't for him I'd not have finished watching this despite being only 15 minutes.
It doesn't go to any cool locations, but you can only do so much with a short film. An updated animated series centering on the Caped Crusader himself as he partners and deals with his fellow superheroes in the DC Comics universe. It does however, capture the humor, action, and writing that the games are known for. it was like i was watching a video game with the way this was edited even though it was a low-budget short film.
Directed by Allan Ungar. Treasure hunter Nathan Drake finds himself captured while searching for the lost treasure of the Flor de la Mar. 8/10Feels more like a proof of concept than a self-contained short film.
Was this review helpful to you? The hand-to-hand combat looks ripped right from the game.
Certificate: TV-Y7-FV Seriously the look and comedy is the only thing translated properly translated from the games. The love of my life played through Uncharted 1, 2, 3 & 4 over the past month. So much joy.Apart from getting actual actors to star in a fan film and the visuals being crisp and nice, there is nothing to this film.Of all the things they could have adapted from the Uncharted games they adapted the exposition scenes. Didn't realize how small he was. Also this is a monument to my first play through of all Uncharted games. Nate Drake (Nate Loftin) is on the hunt for the Jade Elephant of Confucius, on the trail of where the Nazi's dumped the relic after WW2 ended. 8 of 8 people found this review helpful. Let's see how 2018 stacks up. After the death of Superman, several new people present themselves as possible successors. I'll never tire of watching this and dreaming about it being bigger. She’s never played a game before, yet she conquered each game on the standard difficulty (except the frustrating first one) and made me so proud to be a backseat viewer.2-stars for her ability to stay calm during combat thoughI finished my re-play through of Uncharted 1-4 earlier today (Playing Lost Legacy for the first time tomorrow!
