The security is high . Room service is Zero , I request to send me some one to take the laundry , after I called the reception for the 3rd time... room was big and clean, the hotel location near the restaurants and center of Erbil, so you can easily to access any place, the buffet of breakfast good but nead to… good and rooms are very big , it was just security concerns that anyone can access the rooms floor .
